Embodied Conflict Skills
In this workshop, we'll explore how a body-oriented approach can bring about lasting change in our relationship with conflict. We'll examine conflict dynamics and practice how to perceive them in the body and develop a regulated, conscious way of being and growing with conflict.
What you can expect:
-
Learn theoretical basics of conflict dynamics, the nervous system, and polyvagal theory
-
Recognize your own conflict patterns—cognitively and physically
-
Expand your own capacity within conflict
-
Work with your own personal examples
-
Explore communicative and somatic tools
Our focus is not to give you “correct techniques,” but to offer a path for you to find your own sustainable solutions.
Who is this for?
-
This workshop is open to individuals from different professional and private contexts who would like to expand their conflict management skills.
-
This workshop can also be booked for teams.
Working with your own examples is voluntary. We're offering an experiential learning setting, not therapy. Together, we'll create an honest and courageous space in which professional approaches are combined with your own bodily experience.
