Yoga benefits your general well-being as well as helping with the following issues:

Yoga is generally suitable for everyone, from children to senior citizens. There are no physical requirements either, you don't have to be athletic or particularly flexible. It is not important to be able to do the postures perfectly or to achieve a certain level of performance. 

 

Private lessons are particularly effective if you are interested in addressing specific issues. You should opt for this if you suffer from a serious illness, back or postural problems. Private lessons can also be booked for two people. We will discuss your needs in advance and I will design a custom lesson to meet those needs. Afterwards, you will receive a written summary so that you can continue your yoga practice at home if you wish.
