Embodied Resilience

What is resilience? What does it feel like in one’s own body? How do we stayed connected to a steady sense of self while engaging with the waves of life?

Modern life is challenging us to answer these questions for ourselves. Whether we are managing chronic pain, mental illness, or a general sense of overwhelm and stress, resilience holds an important place in the conversation. These three workshops are designed to help you understand modern theories of resilience and then integrate that knowledge through the body. 

We will practice various body-centered skills for nervous system regulation, including yoga. You will have the opportunity to experience a felt sense of resilience and come away with tools for integration into everyday life.

These three workshops build on each other and are best done together, as a bundle. If that doesn’t fit in your life, you have the option to book separately.
